Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
1.1. “Company” means Premier Travel & Tourism (and its agents, affiliates, subcontractors)
1.2. “Client” means the person(s) who book the travel package or services.
1.3. “Package / Tour” means the travel itinerary, accommodations, transport, sightseeing, and related services described in the booking.
1.4. “Services” means all travel, visa, insurance, hotel, transportation, ticketing and ancillary services provided.
1.5. “Booking” means the reservation made by the Client with the Company for the Package / Services.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1. To confirm a booking, the Client must pay a deposit / advance as specified by the due date.
2.2. Final balance must be paid no later than 10 days before departure.
2.3. If full payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and levy cancellation charges.
2.4. Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, credit/debit card, online payment gateways, etc.
2.5. All bank fees, transaction charges, currency conversion charges are borne by the Client.

3. Changes & Modifications
3.1. If the Client requests changes to the itinerary, services, or travel dates, the Company will try to accommodate subject to availability and additional costs.
3.2. Any change made after confirmation may incur change fees, increased service costs, or cancellation charges from suppliers.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to make modifications to the itinerary (e.g. routing, hotel, tour sequence) for operational reasons (weather, airline schedule changes, local regulations, etc.).

4. Cancellation & Refunds
4.1. Cancellation by Client:

  • If canceled 10 days or more before departure, a partial refund less deposit / applicable cancellation fees will be given.
  • If canceled within 3 days (or no-show), no refund will be provided.
    4.2. Cancellation by Company:
  • The Company may cancel the trip in special circumstances (force majeure, insufficient participants, impossibility). In that case, the Client will be offered a full refund or alternative tour.
    4.3. Refunds (when due) will be processed within a reasonable period (e.g. 30 days) after cancellation, subject to deductions from third-party providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).

5. Travel Documents, Visas & Insurance
5.1. It is the Client’s responsibility to secure valid passports, visas, vaccinations, permits, health certificates, and other necessary travel documents.
5.2. The Company may assist in visa processing, but is not liable if visa is denied, delayed, or rejected by the authorities.
5.3. The Client must have adequate travel insurance covering personal injury, illness, cancellation, baggage loss, etc. The Company may offer insurance as part of the package but the decision to accept and ensure coverage lies with the Client.

6. Client Responsibilities & Conduct
6.1. Clients must arrive on time for scheduled flights, tours, transfers, and remain with the group unless otherwise arranged.
6.2. The Client must respect local laws, customs, and rules of the accommodation and transport providers.
6.3. Any damage caused by the Client to hotel rooms, transport vehicles, or local property must be compensated.
6.4. The Company reserves the right to terminate the participation of a Client whose conduct is disruptive or dangerous; in that case, no refund will be given for unused services.

7. Limits of Liability
7.1. The Company acts only as agent for hotels, carriers, and other suppliers. All service providers are independent contractors and the Company is not liable for their acts, omissions or defaults.
7.2. The Company is not liable for delays, cancellations, strikes, epidemics, weather, acts of God, terrorism, governmental actions, or other causes beyond its control (force majeure).
7.3. The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of the travel services provided, excluding consequential or incidental damages.
7.4. The Client must notify the Company promptly of complaints; failure to do so may limit recourse.

8. Health, Safety & Travel Advisory
8.1. The Client confirms they are in good health and able to undertake the tour.
8.2. The Company may refuse a booking (or continue participation) if health risks are deemed too high.
8.3. The Client must follow local guidelines, safety instructions, and advisories.
8.4. The Company recommends checking travel advisories, local weather, political stability, and other risks before departure.

9. Force Majeure
9.1. Neither party is responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations due to causes beyond their control (natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.).
9.2. In such event, the Company may reschedule, substitute, or cancel the trip. Compensation or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Intellectual Property & Marketing Use
10.1. Any images, itineraries, brochures, logos, and content are the property of the Company.
10.2. The Client consents that photos or videos taken during the trip may be used (with due respect) by the Company for promotional or marketing purposes, unless otherwise stipulated in writing.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
11.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
11.2. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the travel services shall be submitted to arbitration / courts in UAE (or alternative dispute resolution as mutually agreed).
11.3. If any clause is held invalid, the remaining clauses remain in full effect.

12. Miscellaneous
12.1. These Terms & Conditions, together with the booking confirmation, itinerary, and other disclosures, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company.
12.2. No waiver of any rights hereunder is effective unless given in writing.
12.3. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
